Design

We start by mapping your business as it actually runs today — not how you think it runs, not how the org chart says it runs. Where leads come from. Where they get stuck. What tools you're paying for and what they actually do. What work shouldn't be touched by a human anymore.

The output is a one-page systems blueprint showing exactly what to build, in what order, and what each piece will save or earn you. No 40-page strategy decks. No vague "AI roadmaps." A blueprint you could hand to any operator and they'd know exactly what comes next.

Diagnose

Most automation fails because it speeds up the wrong things. Diagnose is where we find the actual constraint — the missed call you can't recover, the follow-up sequence nobody runs, the lead source you can't measure, the proposal that takes three days when it should take three minutes.
